Crepe Myrtle tree was cut down years ago but small trees keep coming up from roots left behind. Any thing I can put on or in it to kill the tree stump.

My neighbor used a power drill.
If you have a log of squirrels, don't bother. They pull everything out. My hubby drilled down and then used a chisel to dig it out.
I have read where you can drill holes into the stump and pour in Epsom salts. Over time it will rot and easy to remove.
