there are a couple of methods here

plexiglas is cut at hardware store on a special cutter. it also cuts glass and foamcor. you could score it and try that way but it can crack so easily. hope you get it cut.
Plexi-glass sheeting can be cut with a saber saw (hand electric). If you put masking tape on the sheet where you are cutting you will get a nicer finish.
