What does fine hairline crack on floor of unfinished basement mean?

i am seeing very fine hairline cracks on the floor. Is this settling? The house is only 3 yrs old.

Yes, and usually not a problem. Houses tend to settle for the first 5 years.
Your home is settling. Nothing too serious unless the walls start to get larger cracks.
That's good!! If you do not like the cracks, there is a concrete crack filler available that you can use.
May be some settling. Sometimes it's just stress cracks from the concrete curing. Nothing to really worry about unless they get larger. You may want to followup with the builder. There should be some kind of warranty.
