Use Bon Ami or Barkeeper cleaner.
The build up on my bathroom floor from hairspray was so bad' we could never get it off. My shoes would stick to it. It just got worse the more we tried ti clean it.
Plain rubbing alcohol on a cloth will remove the hairspray from counters, floors or tub.
soap andwater
Or vinegar
Or baking soda and water. this won't scratch the sink.
