I recommend going to your local Ace Hardware. They are very knowledgeable with this sort of problem. If not, you might have to replace the casters.
Take a screw out of the casters that aren't broken and go to a home improvement store and as an associate to help you. If you need casters make sure you take one with you to make sure you don't get them too big. Make sure you get good metal base ones and don't get the ones that are all plastic, they are junk and don't stand up to much use before they fall apart. I hope you can find what you need. If you have to replace all the casters so they match. If need be you could add more if it needs more support than what was on the ottoman.
If you have broken more than one then I would remove them and put new ones on.
Do you know the name of Mfg. or were you purchased it. They should be able to get replacement for you at no cost to you.
