I would turn it into a bench for the porch or garden.
is it in good shape or does it need some tlc? Is it a size for which you can get a mattress (ie twin or double and not 3/4). I have an antique one that I use in the spare room....at one point someone adapted the head/foot boards to change from a 3/4 to a double...

Either refurbish it or get real drastic and make a beautiful bench.
