Should kitchen cabinets and entertainment units match in a great room?

We have maple cabinets stained dark and would light to have an entertainment unit built in the great room. Do they have to be dark or could they be white

Personally I feel that they look a little nicer when they more or less all match.

No, they do not have to match. Your kitchen upper and lower cabinets do not have to match. Here is a site to look at some white entertainment centers....they are gorgeous.

try puttin thumb tacks on the back if your letter is thick, then wrap apiece of wire around each one long enough to tie to your wreath. You can always use staples or tiny little eye screws and run the wire through them and attach to your wreath.
You can mix up cabinet styles and colors in todays decorating styles. Almost anything goes.
