During the holidays I use Christmas or snowmen. After the holidays I use mittens. I found a mitten cookie jar that was my inspiration and added toddler's mitts to a "clothes line" of yarn with mini colored clothes pins. This keeps color in my kitchen and dining area long after the holidays. I also leave snowmen up. see photos
