Amber, we hired a professional. We love DIY but when it comes to expensive materials that need special tools and an old house with uneven floors/new additions and not being square, wasting money/experimenting wasn't an option for us. Some things are best left to professionals (in our case).

Nice job. Very beautiful home. Bamboo is relatively easy to maintain. All we have to do is to just sweep or vacuum it regularly to remove small particle debris. I also liked your white kitchen cabinets.
