I wanted to share some pictures of a custom mural installation my husband, John, and I worked on.
The original tile was very old and couldn't be matched. The homeowner opted to replace the entire backsplash with new tile. We used tumbled travartine, and added a custom tile mural with accent tiles.

So many materials can be customized. I love when people makeall kinds of materials their own canvas.
