Planted something AND forgot to label it... What is this sprout?!

As mentioned in the title, I make the rookie mistake of forgetting to label my seedlings! I planted this guy about 3 weeks ago and I don't know what it is! Can someone give me a couple guesses? - I know, I should really sort through my seeds but... they're a mess and I forgot what I planted in this planter! D:

RUN! It is sprouting a head and 2 arms already! (You sound like my kind of gardener!)

quite possibly a pepper, but at such an early stage it could be anything! wait until it develops a few more leaves and repost, then it will be easier to identify

I think it could be as Anna said above, Spinach, or possibly chard. Those were my first guesses based on the leaf in the center. Although, usually spinach/chard is planted with several seeds, not individually like we do the tomatoes and peppers... Andrea said the best, wait until it is bigger, then give us another picture, please! Always fun trying to solve these picture items, LOL

You can tell it is spinach by the length and shape of the first leaves, that turn into "true" spinach shaped leaves. Do not feel badly about not labeling, I do it all the time. As the plants get bigger, you can figure out what you have.
