I would like to re-do ( landscape my back yard).

I have a deck ( i wouldn't mind taking down and re using the wood etc and i would like to impliment a area for my pets too (seperate from the seating area for people). I currently have a chain link fence on two sides of my yard and the neighbors 6ft wooden privacy fence on the other side. ANY & ALL ideas r welcome...tyvm.

You've made a great first step in thinking what you want from the area. What else does your dream yard contain? If you get rid of your deck, you'll need a defined seating area and some sort of surface material. A space for growing vegetables? Fruit trees? A fire pit? Then try to make a sketch incorporating your ideas. Remember that vegetables and fruit trees would require a good deal of sun. Does the doggie area need to be fenced in? As always @Douglas Hunt is an awesome resource! A water feature may be something you would consider. Keep in mind the grading of you properly in relation to your house whatever you plan.
