I found this coffee table at my local goodwill. It had originally been a glass coffee table but they had replaced the top with a piece of rounded pine. It worse than the pictures show. It was painted pylon orange and was very very dirty. I got to painting it with a fresh minty green and Frenched it up bit. I love the change.
you can see how it went from pylon orange to minty green with CeCe Caldwells kentucky mint and a gorgeous stencil from Maison De Stencils.
here is the BEFORE
grabbing my MINT paint to get started
starting to paint with the mint paint

I gave it two coats and then waxed distressed and buffed it to have bits of the old orange peek through
I grabbed my Maison de stencils "eau de lavande" stencil and got to work.

I just used regular old black craft paint with a little mint mixed in.

when the paint was dry I waxed and buffed it again.
What a difference a day makes.
Its now in my booth and I had to hurry up to get it out of my house before I decided to keep it..:)
