Brick Look...at a Paneling Price

Wankt the look of exposed brick in a room but think it's above your skill level and out of your price range? Think again... read and find out how you can have your very own brick wall at a paneling price.
A few years ago I got my Lowes Creative Ideas magazine and it featured a family room with a newly-installed brick wall and I was in love! The problem was their wall was done with brick pavers - heavy, expensive, and beyond my skill level! Sad Stacy :-(
On a whim one day I search Pinterest for faux brick walls and came across All Things Thrifty and knew I was about to redo our dining room (for the second time in just over two years!) with the faux brick paneling from Lowes that Brooke used. I have wanted to do a complete room in industrial style and the brick seemed like a perfect backdrop, as long as we "aged" the bricks.
So we measure and off to Lowes we went. Have I mentioned before that the guys at Lowes know me by name? Lol! So they were very good about cutting the panels to my measurements.

We loaded the extremely heavy and awkward panels into a borrowed truck (I really need to get one of my own) and went home thinking it would be a quick install - the pieces were cut to the right measurements - so it should be a few nails and done for the day. NOT!
