PORCH LOUNGER!

I bought 4 chairs with a plan in mind...to use them as chairs! But that plan changed when I had a vision of a big comfy seating area on our big comfy porch!
The four ladder back chairs that started it all. I took off the wicker from the brown chairs and for some reason I decided to keep the rushing on the other two. There are two sets of 2 matching chairs...but all very similar.
I did a couple of layers of white to match...but did not make it perfect as the plan was to shabby sand them down a bit.
But once I put my contraption together...they have not been apart to be sanded! I used boards across the chairs to make a secure surface for two huge pillows I got at a yard sale. I needed the coloring to match a very cool 1970s flowered hammock I have on the other side of the porch...so hence the thrift store round avocado green table clothe turned seating cover and orange throw pillows! I like the mix of 70s with the more antique chairs. I do not smoke but put the melamine green ash tray for my husband's random cigar smoking and the melamine tea cup for extra cuteness on the porch! I have to work on how the green cushion covering looks...but happy with it. NEXT IS THAT SMALL 75 CENT TABLE! Either going to decoupage the top and paint the legs or put some pallet wood on top...what do you think?
And my 18 year cat is so loving it! Had a lovely sit on it just the other day with The Hub on the porch swing I still need to paint. Almost ready for guests at the end of the month!

It looks too deep to be comfortable for anyone who doesn't move around well, but it's purrfect for the kitty!
