The Game Plan for My Old Entertainment Unit
I had an entertainment unit that I suddenly saw in a different light. I was shopping around for a bench that I could make into a banquette for my kitchen. While sitting on the sofa and sketching out some ideas I looked up and saw the perfect bench right in front of me! Practically every piece of it was reused since I was also in the process of planning out an American Girl Doll house.
My entertainment unit was dictating my living room. With a couple cuts I was able to use all of it.
The bottom part is slowly becoming a banquette bench for my kitchen. Lots more details about each step of the way coming soon.
And the top makes the perfect home for the American Girl Dolls in our house. We added a base and a shelf. Then after painting it white, adding wrapping paper as wall paper we moved the girls in. Major mom brownie points on this one!
