Rustoleum countertop black, onyx restoration kits Tons of BLACK chips,
I was wondering without calling Rustoleum, If You fine, Helpful group of Home Improvement specialists, ( Lots of nice finished projects among all, Guts and Persistence RESULTS!!!) I applied a Onxy kit to counter, viewed DVD, read instructions etc. I could not get the brown, white, grays to come out no matter how much I sanded or applied pressure. In fact there are no brown. I am thinking I got 8 bags of straight Black chips and missing the rest of mix. Any one recall if their chips were multi-colored?

From what I can tell, there should have been different color chips in the bag. Sanding them down will not change colors as they already are colored right out of the bag. I would suggest that you contact the manufacture directly on this. They can provide expert advise on how to proceed and if anything can be done to correct this issue.
