Ombre Buffet-When Furniture Speaks, I Listen
It took a year for this piece to "speak" to me! I was inspired by a photograph from a fashion designer whose "Organic" themed photo shoot mesmerized me! Her soft color schemes inspired my ombre effect and the textures of the outdoors influenced the layers and distressing seen on my buffet. This piece had good bones but the grain was raised all over and it was covered in deep scratches. I repaired damaged veneer in several spots.

I can't wait to see the video. This is an amazing "revival". You can tell a lot of work went into it because only lots of layering and attention to detail can produce a look like that! Someone is going to enjoy your masterpiece for years to come.
