Painted Beds... Beach Chic Style
Painting Furniture with Coastal Color Beach Chic Paint! It is easy to upcycle older furniture using this gorgeous paint that requires no priming, no sanding, and distresses so easily...I found these two beds curbside! No repairs required, just a good cleaning for the both of them. I knew I wanted to go with a beachy cottage feel for one of them, and I used Summer's Fog (Coastal Colors Light grey) for a base, and washed it with Seaspray and Seagull. The blue wash has become very popular for Coastal Star, and I call it the Sea Wash. I start with a Turks Base, and wash it with Daybreak, SeaGlass and Turks.
