Sliding door to deck won't slide
-
Adrianne C on Apr 13, 2014The door is heavy, if you can lift it you can replace it. It just sits on there. Once you clean it off, spray on a non-greasy lubricant like silicone spray.Helpful Reply

Window Universe on Jun 18, 2014Hello Linda, You can try to have the company that originally installed the door to come out and repair it if it is still under warranty. My advice if it is more than five years old is to replace it. If you do repair it the parts are still going to experience wear and tear and will never work quite the same as it was originally.Helpful Reply
