DIY Experiment: Use Regular Spray Paint on Outdoor Cushions!

My black outdoor seat cushions were faded to pale gray, but before I trashed them and bought new ones, I figured I'd see if plain old spray paint would perk them up.
You absolutely can use regular spray paint on fabric. I would absolutely recommend this as an inexpensive and easy solution if you want to perk up solid-colored outdoor cushions.

Perfect timing! I am about to do the same thing. Do you think rubbing it down with finishing wax would soften it a little? That's what I did on my fabric in the house. Your cushions look great! Can't wait to do mine!

@Kara Spurlock It probably would; I've read that works well. But, it's really not very stiff at all!
