Concrete and cement are often used interchangeably, but they’re actually two different substances. Concrete can not be made without cement, which is a finely milled powder of limestone and other minerals.

    Thank you for this. It peeves me to hear people say things like "cement driveway". I think the Beverly Hillbillies "edumacated" a generation with their "cement pond".
