From Rooster to Red White and Blue
I can't seem to pass up a tray when I see them in thrift stores. They are just so practical.
I was planning on up cycling a kitchen set in the Americana style and knew this would be perfect.
I don't like green or roosters.
Two coats of Mrs. Lillian's NO Wax Chock paint. A little sanding to give it that worn look.
Cut to fit this American flag scrapbook paper I had left over from another project. It was a little smaller vertically but not very noticeable. One coat if Mod Podge under the paper to make it stick. Two coats on top to seal the deal.
I love these trays for displaying items. This would work great in anywhere for many uses.
