Designer Metallic Epoxy Garage Floor
This 1500 square foot building was being converted into a high end detached garage for storing sports cars. The concrete floor was trashed from years of abuse. It had several cracks, there was a lot of pitting, and lots of surface damage. We filled and repaired all the damage, installed a moisture barrier, installed two coats of solid colored epoxy, a decorative metallic coat, and sealed the entire surface with a high performance urethane. Now this designer epoxy floor is suitable for a few fancy cars.
