Converting offices to a home

i am looking at buying property which is currently office space, but planning permision is granted for a four bed house and plans are all agreed. the property would need seven walls erecting and three walls taking down, re plastering lighting installing, underfloor heating (there is already a combi boiler) and i would want a kitchen and three bathrooms installing. the property is a total of 1420sq ft. does anyone have any rough idea on how much it would cost to do all this work?
