Some great ideas - how often do you water your indoor succulents? I only have them in the garden, but would like to try one in a tea cup. Would you add a hole or just a lot of gravel in the bottom?

Hi Valerie! That's a great question! You can add a hole to the bottom and I think that would work great, especially if the teacup is going to be sitting on a small cup plate. However, if it's something you'd rather not cut a hole into (as was my case with the champagne coupes), you can get around the drainage issue. With that said, it's always tricky with no drainage hole and may lead to your succulents not lasting as long/root rot. I think adding some slate chips or pea gravel to the bottom could help. The best thing you can do is to keep from over watering them. Measure out your water before hand instead of pouring from larger container. I just watch the soil and let that be my indicator for watering. When the soil is dry to the touch it is ok to water them again. Hope this helps!
