I've have seen posts about people using this on furniture. My daughter is getting her first place and someone gave them a ugly couch. I would love to try this on it. can anyone tell me where to buy it in colors or the brand name etc? I would also like to know how this holds up? Thank you for your input!! Shelly

Annie Sloan Chalk paint is one of the best. Just google it and find where the distributors are located in your area.

I bought Annie Sloan chalk paint, and in The Paint Shop there was a traditional wing-back chair that the owner had painted with the chalk paint. I recognized the pattern of the upholstery fabric--a traditional diamond pattern that is usually solid with a small dot of a contrast. The chair was a bit stiff, but the owner said it would soften. I would never have known it had been painted until she pointed it out!
