Happy Earth Day - Planting trees!

We have done several family friendly activities over the last week or two to celebrate earth day. From planting peach trees to attending Nashville's Earth Day Festival on Saturday. We are enjoying this time of year in middle Tennessee.
We planted a Semi-Dwarf Elberta Peach tree and a regular size Elberta Peach tree.
The regular sized tree doesn't seem to be doing as well as the semi-dwarf. I've got my fingers crossed it grows fruit.
This Saturday, the 26th, we are going to our local library where they are holding an Earth Day Celebration complete with free Dogwood trees. I'm hoping I can snag at least one before they are all gone! I'd love to hear how you are celebrating Earth day too. Here or on my blog.
