I have a fiberglass laundry room sink that I want to refinish for my kitchen. How would I go about this and what materials would you recommend I use?

If it is still in good condition, a good buffing might help.

Check the price of a new one at the hardware store=did you want to redo color or just clean it to reuse=to clean to reuse use bar keepers friend it gets out scratches! If you want to do a different color check out the recycle stores for the color you want!
