HOW TO UPCYCLE OLD ART WORK TO FUN CHALK BOARDS

I wanted to make a chalk board to write notes on. Plus, I just think they look cool. So I found an old picture frame in my parents' garage. (I can pretty much find anything I need in my parents' garage! ...It's a great place to shop!) And gathered some chalk board paint, some brushes, craft paint, and a few other items and set out to work.
I always love the way gold and teal go together, so while I didn't really have a plan when I started, I did know that I somehow wanted to use those two colors. Here's a preview of my steps.
Enjoy & thanks for stopping by!
