There are not enough photos to give a good idea of the layout so can't really say much.

Are you just wanting decorative ideas? I'm confused.

I'm with everyone else....what kind of help do you want? Looks like you need some artwork and then call it a day.

I think that would depend on what kind of feel you want in that space as well as your style. I personally would work with what is there until I could decide what works and what doesn't in the space. Pick something that you love and speaks to who you are that contains a similar green that's already in your tile and use it as your inspiration.

Do you like modern, country, etc? Also, does the shower have a door, curtain, or what? can't tell from the picture.

I would hang a sanded plexi glass panel (hooked at top and bottom) at the shower opening to create some privacy. I would put a rectangle shaped mirror above the sink on the wall and I would add a cool rug that has your colors in it (check out overstock.com they have some great rugs for decent prices) to give some depth and warmth to the floor and finally I would add something artsy; either a tall faux flower like (maybe the curled bamboo like sticks) arrangement from a large floor planter/vase... you could check out some wallpops to add something artsy on the tile that is not perminant... just my thoughts would love to see pics of what you do! : )

I'm feeling stripes including the primary green color. Striped towels and a solid rug. I would avoid plaids because you have a lot of square going on already. I think you need to stay on the cool side in color to accomodate the silver/chrome fixtures. I like purple (orchid) for an additional color. A larger light fixture and a mirror over the vanity plus a hand towel bar or hook. Can you move the vanity over a little away from the wall (& the light, mirror)? I would place the trash on that side because it appears from the photo that it is the first thing you see when you open the door. Plants (a fern or an orchid), garden items. iron work. Enjoy.

What a pretty bathroom @Mlk! I love all the tile. The On-A-Dot collection from Target would really snazz it up. http://www.target.com/p/on-a-dot-bath-collection/-/A-14037795

Like the tile, esp the green. What is the large chrome fixture with the bars? Is it moveable? I think the garbage can is too big. Maybe you could replace it with one disguised as a stool - wicker might look nice with the green. Some artwork or a hanging plant above the stool to balance a mirror which I would put over the sink? I'd replace the light with a larger one. Don't know your style. That ledge could be used for a few interesting items - plant to soften lines, rolled up washcloths, candles, couple of books, etc. A couple of black items would also look good with the green - wrought iron candle holder, black rug to ground the room, etc., .You probably already have lots of things you could use.

@Marion Nesbitt I think it is the camera angle as the vanity looks so tiny in comparison.

My first suggestion is a mirror over the vanity. I think some glass shelves or a sleek cabinet next to the towel bar would look great. Buy a set of glass canisters to put cotton balls, soaps and etc. Even a pretty set of small vases for the top shelf of your shower and some candle holders with candles. I think adding two more accent colors to your bathroom and a few decorative accessories will finish it off nicely.

cam you take the legs off the vanity and make it even with the ledge ? mirror over the vanity, maybe frame the mirror with a contrasting smaller tile. how bout a couple baskets.

Depending on your style...I really love your bath..The glass and chrome look that Donna Byram posted would look terrific. Colorful towels. Think those shelves are begging for some plants in colorful pots. Seashells in colorful glass contaner and do a mirror inside a frame with seashells glued/attached to the outside, maybe some sea glass if you like nautical.
