Refurbished dresser-chalk paint,stencil
Refurbished dresser.
Removed the door over the center drawers. Took advantage of advice from Hometalk.com friends and painted old drawer pulls and reused them. Painted with home-made chalk paint and then polyacrylic. Stenciled a bird from "stencil girl" in each upper corner. The drawers were painted combo of Behr's Polished Pearl and Sparrow; frame painted combo of Sparrow and Stealth Jet. Chalk paint made with Plaster of Paris, Calcium Carbonate and Gesso. Clear wax and then dark wax over the frame.
