Fold Up Felt Storage Bin

I found this bin on Etsy. It's a little too pricey for me especially since I could use several. Does anyone know where I could find instructions or a pattern to make this?

If I wanted several, and I couldn't make a pattern from the picture, I'd buy one from Itsy and use it for a pattern.

here is a small one made of leather that is similar (your post looks like two layers of felt, probably with a layer in buckram or stiff interfacing in between) you could enlarge the pattern and make this one with felt and a large button and button holes. http://www.pm-betweenthelines.blogspot.fr/2012/10/folded-leather-basket-minimalistic-diy.html
