Transform a Boring Black Box File Cabinet Into a One-of-a-Kind Beauty

We are working on creating a "command central closet" and I didn't want a big boring black box staring back at me from my pretty new space... enter a little primer, some Bliss Chalk Paint, and a Martha stencil. Done! Now, flowery might not be everyone's speed (as may not turquoise) but you could do any colour and design that suits your fancy!
Here is how this gal started out. After hunting for months for a used file cabinet that wasn't destroyed beyond practical function I ended up buying a new one (GASP!!)

I primed it with this fabulous stuff.

After one coat of my beautiful BLISS Country Chic Chalk Paint
Then stencilled it with white chalk paint called Simplicity. I find the end of a foam brush works best... wipe the excess paint onto the edge of the container, hold the stencil down and dab straight down with it.

I actually want your exact one, but I'll see if I can't come up with something similar for my own. Absolutely love this idea.
