This is an easy and inexpensive project to decorate your home. Botanical prints are so trendy; you can see them at many different stores. I have seen a couple of them at Pottery Barn and they were gorgeous but didn’t see myself spending more than $100 on a print. Instead, I decided to buy watercolors and make my own art.
Watch the video above to learn how I made this botanical art.
I'm using these frames I got at Target from the Hearth & Hand™
line, but you can use any frame you have home.
I got this Winsor & Newton watercolor pocket box from Amazon.
If you're new to watercolor, like me, I recommend using good quality
paper.  This will help you get better results.
Draw or trace your favorite leave or plant.
Paint it. Remember “Painting is easy when you don’t know how, but very difficult when you do” ― Edgar Degas

If someone finds then at target can you put out a link? I can find them on the web for about $60.00 per frame.
