99 Cent Store Bird Bath

by Jennifer Priest
Turn plastic drink cups and kitchen ware from the 99 cent store or thrift shop into an elegant bird bath and bird feeder.
Using spray paint and epoxy, you can create each of these for about $5 to $7.
Gather plastic bottles and platters you like the shape of. Don't worry about the color or material.
Cut apart the cups, remove lids, if needed and stack. Adhere together with hot glue or epoxy (epoxy works best).
Spray paint the columns and the platters with at least 2 coats of metallic spray paint.
Make sure to cover all of the surfaces really well with the spray paint to protect against sun damage.

Being that this is all plastic ( but beautiful) Do you use anything to weigh down we get some nasty storms sometimes and wouldn't want it to blow away.
