Can anyone identify this deciduous tree?

This tree is about 20 feet tall. I'm not sure if this is its mature height as I don't know the age of this tree. It bears no fruit, nuts or flowers that I have witnessed. it does produce a lot of new branches, side shoots and suckers rather quickly. Unfortunately I couldn't get a full length picture of the entire tree. The tree was blowing in the wind when these pictures were taken so they are a bit out of focus (sorry). Thanks for any help you can provide.

I think its an Ash. In fact, the picture I found looks almost exactly like your 3rd and 4th pictures. The website is http://treedoctor.anr.msu.edu/ash/ashtree_id.html

If your still not sure cut off a little piece and take it to a nursery where you do business or to your county extension office. I have had to do this in the past and I always get the correct answer. Good luck.

My guess is it is a Chihuahuan Ash more typical of Arizona and New Mexico - yours appears to have grown wild beyond its usual size
