BONA makes a product specifically for laminate floors that works very well. Vacuum, sweep with a dry microfiber mop to pick up the bigger particles, then spray with BONA and mop with a clean microfiber mop.

wondering what the spotty is from? Is it in the kitchen getting water spots? do you know if anyone used some sort of product on it that makes it show worse? is it really shiny? What Lavende has works great...just would maybe do this whole routine at times but if spotty in smaller places the end part should help with spots between full working. There are a lot of laminate floor cleaners out there now, and I am not much into trying to do my own cleaners on laminate as I worry about how they might react with floor.

I would Steam mop it first then use the BONA on it. I used the Bona product on my hardwood floors and loved it. I recommended the BONA to a friend that has laminate and she was very satisfied with it.
