My Bedroom: BEFORE
I just moved into a new home, and I have a brand new slate for decorating my bedroom! Here's what it looked like BEFORE I unleashed a bunch of thrifted art, bright colors, and mid-century inspiration...
Boring bed on boring floor with boring walls and too-small sheets. (I had to use full sized sheets on a queen sized bed!) You can see my glorious mid-century dresser thrift score on the wall, though... She's beautiful, isn't she?
Here's an angle of the room from the door. Yes, that is paper taped to the windows. I have three big windows right in the front of the house, I'm not about to live in a fish bowl!
That blank wall above my dog Petunia's lumpy old bed is perfect for some artwork... And that's a bathroom in the back there too! We'll save that for another post. I can't wait to share what I've done with the place!
