Painted and Wallpapered Hutch

SPOILER ALERT: This is a painted piece of furniture - for those of you that hate the fact that I paint wood, this post is NOT for you.
And to be honest with you I'm too tired to deal with all the drama that the negative comments generate. The last piece I posted had well over 300 comments ( of which I replied to almost all ) You can see THAT post
here : http://www.hometalk.com/diy/kitchen-dining/kitchen-dining-furniture/a-sideboard-makeover-3377562
And so I made myself scarce for awhile - not because the comments hurt my feelings - they don't at all to be honest with you - it's just exhausting explaining myself over and over again!
Some people hate painted furniture
Some people love it
I paint my pieces for people that love it LOL
This was a typical 60's hutch the the seller could not get rid of - ( it was going to be tossed if they couldn't get rid of it ) they kept coming down in price until it fit my budget and I grabbed it!
I used Annie Sloan chalk paint - Pure White and a Sharpie pen to outline all the curved details - then I removed the back and wallpapered it with remnants I had on hand -
And voila - the lady gets a makeover !
Sellers photo - BEFORE
And AFTER
The wallpaper brings some contrast to the stark white paint
Another save from a landfill !!!

( and that, dear painted wood haters, is the whole purpose of what I do lol )
