What's this a sign of on my tomato leaf?

Leslie Long on May 19, 2014Hi Sarah. It is hard to know for certain whether it's a bug, mite or fungus so I would recommend NEEM oil. It is an organic, 3-in-1 product that eliminates all three of these problems. It is safe to use on edibles up to the day of harvest....just wash and eat. Here in FL, I use NEEM on my tomato plants once a week as a preventative because we can get aphids overnight or other problems. I actually use it as my first choice in my garden if insecticidal soap doesn't work. Good luck and let us know how it turns out :)Helpful Reply

Sarah on May 19, 2014Oh thanks Leslie. I have seen the neem suggestion in my research. Guess I will definitely have to get my hands on some if it naturally takes care of all three.Helpful Reply

Sekula Family Farms on May 22, 2014Best of luck! If Neen Oil does not do the trick try Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew. It contains a natural soil bacterium that might help.Helpful Reply

Leona G on Dec 24, 2014Here is a web site for future reference. I just usually remove the leaves but this gives a step by step. You could also check the UF website //edis.ifas.ufl.edu.
