Scooter...DIY Table Makeover

I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of an early 1900's farmhouse if Fairburn, Georgia.The couple was retiring to Alabama and with the change in location, they decided to also change their style of decoration. So, they were selling almost everything!
Among the tings I bought, was this table. It was hand made using wood scraps by the home owner's father. I bought it for $10.
I love the orange and this drawer pull is mid century fantastic!
For this makeover, I went with a bold blue spray paint.
I decoupaged a fun paper covered in scooters onto the front and put the orange drawer pull back on it.
The bold colors put me in a happy place!
Now the table doesn't look like it was made with miss matched pieces of wood! Time for "scooter" to scoot off to add a little cheerfulness to a new home.
