Changing A Few Accessoires
I have been adding a little bit of color throughout the house for spring and summer. I love the color tangerine or orange and it works well in my home. I also reall love shiny gold and brass, so I pulled out a few things and put a little of both in my livinging room.
A gold leaf tray holds two wonderful brass candlesticks that I found at goodwill recently. They are nice and heavy and have such beautiful turned bases. I loe the marble orbs next to them too. Of cour some tangering colored flowers in a brass planter compliments the whole vignette.
I am still in love with the black and white in this room and adding more great gold treasures on the end table just continues the glitter.
The gold tortoise shell is a treasure I found at West Elm and the gold and cream swirl planter and votives are recent goodwill finds. Just proves that you can put high end and low next to each other and it works.
