Turning a mirror into a chalk board

What do I need to put on a mirror before adding chalkboard paint? Do I use a primer? The first time I tried, the chalk paint just peeled off the mirror.

Yes, use a couple coats of spray on primer and then use spray on chalkboard paint. Rustoleum has durable spray on chalkboard paint. Have fun!
