DIY Patio Chair Update

$40
Easy
My faded patio chairs were screaming for a new look! While shopping around Target I found some adorable turquoise chairs, but didn't want to cough up the $100+ for them. So, I decided to work with what I already had and update them on my own.
Isn't this one of the saddest chairs you have ever seen!? It definitely has seen it's better days.
I found this Rust-Oleum Seaside color and fell in love with it. I only wish I had 50 more chairs to spray paint this color :)
I taped off the support straps, and covered the chair with a few coats of the spray paint.
I also bought some navy blue outdoor fabric and covered the old cushion with it. Then I found some cute chevron pillows at Target
Quite the transformation, don't you think!? I'm so happy I didn't have to spend the $100+ dollars to buy new patio chairs!

Is their an easy way to make the cushions if I don't sew?

Nice job, I just painted an antique wrought iron chair that I found, and I put a plant on it in the garden after I painted it the very same color... it sure adds Pizzaz to the flowers and garden! Thanks for sharing and I love the idea of the loose pillows for the backs!
