This cast cow bell is painted wrought iron black and mounted on a piece of Rocky Mountain old cabin wood.

This appears to be a piece of cabin or old barn wood slab. I found it in the general location of Rocky Mountain National Park in the Estes Park area. Basically by Glen Haven.
Wood mounted cow dinner bell..... :)
It almost screams out......"Come and Get it!"
The wood has been sanded, sealed and coated with three coats of exterior and UV protection polyurethane.
I enjoy finding old pieces of wood just laying there being stepped over and taking them home to show off their real beauty...

I love this! I have been looking for something to put between my windows on the upstairs at the front of the house but could not figure out how to keep it from staining my cream house! Now I do! Use a piece of interesting wood! Thanks for this post! I am going to clip this so I won't forget it!
