Lampshade Update

My friend gave me a lamp with a broken old ripped shade. I took apart the rings, ripped off the old rag and used the plastic backing to cut the right amount of fabric that I had for a few years for something. The silk embroidered fabric was perfect for the job. It took a few hours in the evening and I am happy with the result.
I have some fabric left. It will be enough to make a few new pillows for the couch.
