Marge on Jun 02, 2014Go to craft store and buy supplies. Paint on the flowers on a solid paper. You can cut the paper with a "crikut" cutter or have a scrapbook store cut it for you.Helpful Reply

Mitziblueyes on Jun 03, 2014Sorry, this uploaded and won't let me type in anything but the header: it's actually a 1/2 strip accordinan folded, w ends glued together. Then I glued a gem in the middle to hold in place. Glued a back to it. The "pop up" is very easy! 1/2 piece about 1" to 1-1/2" depending on size of card(don't make too long or it sticks out the top) fold strip in half, then fold ends into center. One end goes on top of fold, other end at bottom of fold to create a little box. Glue ur flower or what u make to the bottom square and it pops up. I'll post one step by step to better understand.Helpful Reply
