Coffee Table Redo

Getting ready for a move, I put our old coffee table on Craiglist for a few weeks for $30....with no bites but an insulting $5 and being told "this old thing has had it", I decided to make it a new table for my covered deck. This was my first project in YEARS.
As you can see, the table is in rough shape and its BIG. It has good bones though...
It was dirty and the kids used it when sitting in the garage cooling off after riding bikes--it was covered in pollen, dirt, sticky juice.....
I had two coupons for FREE samples of Valspar paint...and using old sponges I literally painted this entire table for free...well almost, I used a $7 can of clear polyurethane.
I had originally planned on adding a chevron pattern but after I finished, I decided to leave it simple.It's not completely perfect but I'm really happy with it! Its ready for my new patio! :)

@jeanne girl you got that right! as soon as I'm done with my covered porch, I'll post pics-the table makes the design awesome!

@avonelle yes, I use the FB sale pages and had the table on the Prattville/wetumpka one-but like you said-good thing it didn't sell! Ha! Thxs!
