A friend of my grandsons wrote on vinyl siding with a black magic marker. Does anyone know what we can use to get it off?

The first thing I'd try was a magic eraser. Color is all the way through the siding so no worries about leaving a mark. Please let us know if that doesn't work.

Thanks Becky, we've done tried that and it didn't work. My kids rent house so I'm trying to help figure something out to take care of this.

  @Alesia, what color is the siding? Isopropal alcohol works, but you have to soak it for a while. Unless you can soak a sponge and secure it to the siding with allot of duct tape. {{shrugging shoulders}}... if that will work. I decided to do a Google search and found this. I have no clue if it works, but it's worth a try as erasable marker will wipe off. http://www.ehow.com/how_2142106_remove-permanent-marker-plastic.html

I would contact a siding company and ask them what to do!
